I have seen a few postings about cars with Pack Rat damage. I wanted to share my solution using Rat-Tooey by Kurt Ritter.
After I let my car sitting for three days. I went to start my car on October 28, 2024 and the engine light turned on. Popped the hood to find evidence of pack rats. Then pulled the cover off the engine to find they ate the wires of my engine. Luckily, I was able to slowly drive it to Kurt Ritter to find out the pack rats and even got into the cabin filter and attempts to chew into the engine filter too.
Kurt was able to fix the damage and suggested a new product he had created called Rat-Tooey to prevent what happened to me from happening to me. I am so glad I took his suggestions. I am happy to say that it’s been almost three months with out a single trace of the pack rats.
